$70,000 - $80,000 + 5% Bonus

In this role, you will:

• Serve as main contact for project accounting issues
• Responsible for coordinating lien wavers, and reviewing AIA documents
• Manage day-to-day general ledger (GL) accounting activities
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Analyze financial statements and perform variance analysis

You're a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of accounting experience in construction, property, or related industry
• Dependable and consistent; able to manage high-touch monthly tasks impacting business operations
• Transformation mindset - open to process improvement and identifying better ways to complete tasks
